Questions, Comments, Concerns...
Kat and Logan will be marrying this December in New York’s Hudson Valley. Due to most guests traveling from out of state (and all of us being victims of the current economy and job market), we would like to provide as much information as possible at this time, to better help you plan your journey and lodging.
We will be hosting a full “Wedding Weekend” from Sunday, December 14th to Tuesday, December 16th, with our Ceremony and Reception taking place the evening of the 15th. Lodging has been set aside at our venue for all guests for two nights (Sunday and Monday), with pricing begining at $130 per night for a double occupancy room. You are more than welcome to stay off-site, but please note that the room rates available through our venue are fairly competitive, and that staying off-site would most likely require the rental of a car for the weekend due to the lack of rideshare/taxi services in the immediate area.
Guests staying on-site will be required to opt into a dining package, which covers three additional meals outside of formal, organized events. This package is about $73 per person, with discounted pricing for children and adults under the age of 21. Off-site guests are able to opt into the dining package if they so choose, but are not required to do so.
Relative to major airports, our venue is located:
1 hour drive from Stewart International Airport*
1.5 hour drive from Albany International Airport*
2 hour drive from Newark Liberty International Airport**
2.5 hour drive from John F. Kennedy International and LaGuarida Airports**

Our venue is not immediatly accessible by bus or train, but for those who would like to travel via Amtrak, local taxi services may be available to transport you from the Rhinebeck train station. This would be roughly a 1 hour drive.
